Refund policy
Being the majority of our products are of the custom nature, all orders are to be prepaid and are final. Any product issues in our fault are guaranteed to be fixed or replaced. (*see more below)
Once an order is placed we allow a 24 hour time window to make adjustments to your order if you may have accidentally ordered the wrong product or product size, please be sure of your needed specs as well as our product specs before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if you may have made an ordering mistake so we can correct the problem.
We try our best to design our products with compatibility in mind, although issues are a rarity, it is impossible to guarantee our wood hoops will work with every drum given. We have clear descriptions of our hoop specs, so if you feel you may have issues with your individual drum(s), contact us before you order and we may possibly be able to adjust to your needs. We will not be held liable for any compatibility issues if no measures are taken by the customer before placing an order.
*Any order errors in Stellar Drums & Hoops fault will be corrected, we stand by our products and strive to offer you the very best in quality and craftsmanship. If you should receive a faulty product or different product than ordered please contact us immediately so we can correct our mistake.
